Jennifer Zimmerman, MD, is a considerate primary care physician serving the community of Ft. Lupton, Colorado. She is committed to using a scholarly approach to clinical practice and working closely with patients, families, and other professionals to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. She is especially interested in managing complicated chronic medical conditions like diabetes and hypertension and performing in-office procedures such as joint injections and skin procedures. “I aim to treat everyone with respect and kindness and to always do my very best for all of my patients.” Dr. Zimmerman earned her medical degree from Trinity School of Medicine in Alpharetta, GA, completed her residency in family medicine at the University of Illinois, and an emergency medicine fellowship with CommonSpirit in Denver. When not working, Dr. Zimmerman enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors in the mountains, hiking, skiing, and rock climbing.
