A Fort Lupton, Colorado native, Teresa is thrilled to serve her hometown community. She is passionate about providing primary healthcare for people of all ages, including preventive and acute care aspects. Working with and educating the vulnerable and diverse has revealed the importance of health promotion and disease prevention within these communities to Teresa. Her extensive educational background, including a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado, underscores her commitment to excellence. “My passion and my duty is to provide patient care in one holistic package, and it is best served by providing compassionate care, making sure my patients feel heard, and building a relationship, therefore empowering them to maintain a healthy lifestyle.” When not seeing patients, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family, especially the newest addition – a grandson, gardening, hiking, and snowshoeing.
